The administration fee covers the following services:

• submitting change of address

• submitting change of name (not ownership)

• submitting change of email address

• submitting notice to surrender an application

• submitting change to rectify the register

• submitting change to merge registrations

• submitting change to divide a trademark

• advice and support

IPO Correspondence Actions:

We will continue to receive, review and action IPO correspondence relating to your trademark, this includes the following:

• A new application has been submitted which has an identical or similar name to yours so they are obligated to inform you to give you the opportunity to oppose - We will receive the correspondence, review and provide the appropriate advice and support which may include managing the opposition process for you

• A third party has submitted an invalidation or revocation request against your trademark - We will receive the correspondence, review and provide the necessary advice and support

• A third party has submitted an opposition against your trademark (this can still happen even if you have a registered trademark) - We will receive the correspondence, review and provide the necessary advice and support which will include engagement with the opponent

• Your trademark has to be renewed at the 10 year point - We will support you in renewing your trademark
