A third party has submitted an invalidation or revocation request against your trademark - We will receive the correspondence, review and provide the necessary advice and support
A third party has submitted an opposition against your trademark (this can still happen even if you have a registered trademark) - We will receive the correspondence, review and provide the necessary advice and support which will include engagement with the opponent
Your trademark has to be renewed at the 10 year point - We will support you in renewing your trademark
