Step 2 - Trademark Registration fee is £296 (includes Gov fees)
We will prepare and file your application for you and manage the end to end process, this includes management of any oppositions if we receive a TM7A notification of opposition form.

STEP 1 - The first step in the registration process. The ‘In-depth Search & Advice Report’ provides a comprehensive and detailed assessment of your business and brand trademark position. We provide in-depth trademark search services which includes searches of all national and international registries, once the analysis is completed the information is used to deliver a traffic light score on the likelihood of success for your trademark registration application, this is designed to save you time and money.
Step 2 - Trademark Registration - £296 (Preparation & filing fee plus GOV fees)

STEP 2 - Once we’ve undertaken and produced your ‘Search & Advice Report’ and we have agreed to move forward with your application, we will prepare and file all the IPO paperwork on your behalf. Our intellectual property team are highly trained in the IPO filing process and can advise on actions if any oppositions are raised from potential 3rd parties. Once the paperwork is prepared and filed the team will then manage the whole process until your trademark is successfully published in the trademark journal. Step 2 only includes UK trademark registration for one class only (for more than one class see our service payments page under ‘About’).
